Hi,

There is currently no parametric solution with inner tooling.

Cheers, Alex

Hi,

This video is an example of full processing,

But you can apply the internal tool to draw shapes,

Then, in Vcarve, select the shapes and apply the pockets.

Be careful, if the depth is too pronounced, remember to carry out the same machining on the reverse side, otherwise this will unbalance the forces on the face and when painting it will have a banana effect.

I’ve already been fooled by standard MDF, so I recommend high-density MDF.

Cheers, Alex

Hi Alex

Thanks for the video , i have give this a try but when i ouput to vcarve it creates multiple dxf files for each component and not one single panel.

is this possible to create a single panel output of a shaker door with mid rails  like the photo attached??

Hope this makes sense

Many Thanks

Dean

Hi ,

I have made the shaker doors on this cabinet using inner tooling but would like to be able add rails and make it a library structure  if that is possible please.

i am wanting this method so i can output it as a single panel to cnc out the inner tooling section and create a shaker look alike.

Hope this is possible

Many Thanks

Dean
