I have removed file your upload.

before start, you should now each files 

– USERNAME – AC – PolyBoard7.txt,  Activation Code is for single used

– It must be used on computer where USERNAME – UC – PolyBoard7.txt, User Code has been generate

– The computer has not been formatted since the UC was generated.

If you have respected these 2 conditions

it has regularly happened that a wrong action has been taken and that instead of selecting the “import activation code” action, customers click on “Export user code”, and by selecting the “AC” file this has the effect of writing “UC” to the “AC” file.

Delete file on your computer, make new download of last “AC” files and retry operation

If this doesn’t work, send the latest error code to support@wooddesigner.org and it will be passed on to the development team, who can analyse the report and determine which condition was not completed.
