Hi Zaheer 

 

attached you will find the files provided by optinest 

 

The DXF files are the optimised parts on a sheet that can be processed via Vcarve to create the needed gcode for the machine depending on your machine controller

 

The label folder contains the BMP file for the label printer.

the ANC file is the code file for the printer position to apply the labels. 

 

This is the system we currently have. The files you provided are not generated by our system except the bmp file

Hi Zaheer,

 

What is the controller of the CNC machine? I suppose that this is a nesting machine. For such machines, we advise v-carve as cam software to generate the gcode. However, this does not provide the label information to the CNC. Our optimisation software Optinest is able to provide label information position code in ANC mode and a BMP file of the label for the printer.
