Although you could model this directly in Polyboard, I would suggest that you get the shape of the inner rotating cabinet with a preliminary design be made in CAD. Then import into Polyboard the shape of the outer and inner plans.

Using the imported shapes, make 2 cabinets that you can assemble in a project.

This will allow you to get the correct outer shapes and then use Polyboard to set up the shelves uprights,, etc. and produce the cutting lists and plans.
