This situation is due to the antivirus, which deleted some Polyboard files (namely the "Uninstall.exe" file), further to a false positive detection.
The first step would be to deactivate totally the antivirus, and to download again Polyboard from our website, which may solve this issue.
If this does not work, then you must proceed to a forced re-installation as follows:
1 - Download the PolyBoard installer on the computer.
2 - Type the below command in the prompt:
"Path/installpolyboard.exe" -force
In the above instruction, "Path" refers to the local path to the PolyBoard installer.
This problem is occurring with other customers as well, our apologies. Some antivirus software updates have flagged our software as containing a virus, as your screen shot shows. This is a false positive.
The developer team is working now on editing the software certification to address this.

Can you put the files Polyboard "uninstall.exe", from your antivirus Software into exception list?
