Yes, I’m sorry I cut out part of the video to make it smaller, but I’m afraid that also cut out an important part.

You should create and applied an Empty assembled parts sub-method, before applies assembly

Hi Alex,

I seem to be getting stuck when going into the assembly details. Whenever I try to change any of the field it says Panel structure generation failure (see attached image). All the fields already have bars/ materials in them when opening. Your video has them empty.

Any thoughts?2023-07-13_122233.jpgImage Enlarger

Hi,

Please find full process in video,

and cabinet included,

as I don’t know what the clips look like, I’ve used classic pegs, if you’d like an overview with dimensions I can put them in place for you to restore later.

Hope that’s helpful, Alex

Hello,

I am trying to apply a bookcase strip to the side of a cabinet. It required 2 grooves to be cut 19 x 2mm & 13 x 8mm. I would then like the strip to be applied as a bar within the groove 19 x 2mm.

Ideally I would also like each mobile shelf to have 4 fittings applied.

The fittings don’t need to be shown in the rendered image or at all (just applied to the fitting list), but the strip needs to be shown with the slots (see image)2023-07-12_120120.jpgImage Enlarger

Please can you advise/ detail the best way to achieve this? It would be great if it could be applied as a hardware method, but alternatively happy if a library structure or a single panel fitting.

Kind regards

Tom
