Grooves can be extended or reduced with the PP option ‘Recess of non-through grooves’.
In view of the difference, probably on -4mm, so as not to have to square the groove with an 8mm cutter
You can then modify all your grooves using these general parameters
Or you can create specifique layer, how use another setting for particulare milling by using Tool identifier
If the groove is machined in this way, PolyBoard does not use the general parrameter, but has this configuration

I have come across this issue with Poly Board.
In one of our fittings for hardware, There is a difference between Polyboard dimensions and actual DXF output.
I have included CAB and DXF output files highlighting the issue at hand. Kindly look into the matter and inform me how to proceed further.
We see that where ever we use “Groove” we get the extra length. Please explain to us how to get the length as required by us in the fitting.
