Just to update and close this forum thread, the issue related to Norton anti-virus blocking the Polyboard shortcut on the desktop. We disabled Norton to allow Polyboard to install correctly, then added the Polyboard shortcut to Norton’s exclusion lists, then enabled Norton again. This solved the problem.

Hi Paid for update for polyboard done as email stated but when i got as far as download 6.07 get a screen coming up with this app will not work on this computer now have no polyboard programe at all this is not good . R Coxhead
