Hi Per Sigurd, you bought a StairFile with the old set up (subscription + StairFile order for a formal review of your stair).

Your subscription has now lapsed, but I’ve reinstated it so you can discuss with Ness on the forum if required until we get this finished.

We can also set up a TeamViewer session between you and Ness, I’ll ask my colleague Carole to contact you by email to arrange this.

All the best, Stefan

Hi Per Sigurd,

No problem for a Team Viewer session.

Can you tell me what would be a convenient time for you next week?

All the best,

Ness

Hi Tess

Thanks for the reply

What i need is a quick teanviewer session for 20 min so we can go thru

the design element before we generate the cad files

Since this is a steel / alu stair with GRE grating step

there are some design element we need to consider.

  • The width of the step in the corner to secure enough vertical strength
  • Placement of step on the cad drawing the be able to predrill holes for step support.

Just give me a message when you got time

Hi Per Sigurd,

Thanks for posting your stair.

You stair looks fine, but to be able to correctly advise you, can you post some more information on your project?

Can you describe a bit the environment, if you have any photos that would be a great help.

To check the sizes, a drawing with the stair well sizes and details of the first floor joist at the stair arrival point would be helpful.

All the best,

Ness
