Hi Michel,

Thanks for the reply and Nanocad worked!.

I have Autodesk Fusion 360 and Moi 4 but they both loaded a blank screen.

Hi Kevin,

 

Which program did you use? Most of the cad programs can open a 3d DXF file but could be restricted in handling it as you could have a version not supporting 3D modelling. But they should be able to open it. 

 

try Nanocad 5 who has a free version that you can use. This one should not have any problem with 3D files. 

Be sure you export in DXF 3D  and not 3ds as this is another format that can be used in SketchUp for example.

Hi All,

Does anyone know what software opens the DXF 3D format which is one of the SD export options?.

I have tried to import into several Cad programs, it imports into a blank screen with no visible data.

Any help would be appreciated.
