Hi,

 

It is not possible to add step or landing lower than previous.

Hi Alex,

 

I need to drop the grey landing 9mm lower than the landing step to allow for carpet. How can  I do this?

I see, so it doesn’t show it visually in the 3D view but it is in the cutting list?

Apart from these parameters, StairDesigner can’t do any better.

That does not make a notch in the post though. I want the post to be cut out around the landing.

Hi,

 

Select your landing then adjust the penetration of the link with the post by 20 mm.

I have an end post that sits on a landing. But i want the post to be notched into the landing. How do i do this? 

I have attached the drawing in question.
