Hi Daniel

this is obvious. You enter a flight length of 550 mm ??  this is 55CM . This is wrong .

The error is because your flight is shorter than the width of the second flight. So this is impossible.

You have to enter your dimensions properly

Hi Daniel

This is the link to our stairplan service

https://wooddesigner.org/stair…..n-service/

Attach your stairfile in the post and explain what you want to do that is giving you an error.

regards

Michel

Hi Daniel,

The forum is to assist you on the build of your stair and technical demands. We do not design your stair according to your data. This is another service which we call the stairplan and is a paying service.

So if you want it to be done via the forum you have to design your own stair and we can check if the technical aspect of the stair is ok and provide you documents if needed. ( stairfile docs 1 set of document free per month)

According to your CNC which uses a syntec controller. There is no specific output needed. A syntec controller processes only a gcode created with a cam software like v-carve who will produce your code. This is not done by stairdesigner unless you would use a CNC with native files like a Biesse or a felder machine.

Hello I’m a new premium member and would like to request the design of a stair for a project, its to go in a tiny home.

Width 585

Floor Height 1670

First flight length approx. 550

Second flight approx 1070

Further id like to get the details of the output for my cnc running a syntec controller to make sure the Gcode works.

Thanks
