Hi Brendan,
The StairDesigner file is perfect and your problem is that Artcam has only tool pathed the steps and risers. I don’t know why because I don’t know how you set up the tool paths.
This is an ArtCam set up problem and it’s probably because the you haven’t tool pathed the correct vectors or layers.
As we don’t support ArtCam I suggest you contact the ArtCam support for this.

This is a message from Brendan:
I have a problem of we have created the stair exported to a dfx file
Loaded in artcam and changed thing in artcam4 set tools extra
We then open the files in NC studio and in demo we can see the stringer ready to be cut but it is not cutting to the depth we programed in and only cut the outsides of the treads
Not cutting the whole stringer only the outside of the treads
we are missing somethingI have upload the stringboard Left dxf file export from stairdesign and the final export from artcam is 1.dxf
