Hi,

For missing parts start by change option “Tooled parts” to “All parts”

Tooled parts only export no rectangular parts,

For cleaning you can also add value into “Groove lengthening” option, and may be interesting to active “Group Step and Riser Notches”
If using the same tool

Can you upload your stair to look?

Cheers,

Good, morning. Thank you, it works.

When I made the export of the stairs to the TpaCad format, it didn’t export all the parts, some risers are missing.

Also on the stringboard it does not clean the space for shelves (emptying), and for risers.

Hi,

You always able to compresse it before upload,

Right-click on the file or folder.

Move your cursor over the “Send to” option. This will open a new submenu. Select “Compressed (zipped) folder”.

First solution in mind is ti fixe steps using fonction “Straight step”

the sliders will have an effect on the overall distance, and will modify the distance outside without modifying the distance at the level of the tread line.

Hope that’s helpful

Good afternoon.

Is it possible to get straight steps like in pic.2 with the joints like in the pic1?
