I am in the process to add a stair to a boathouse. I have a number of constraints and Challenges;

– tide is 30cm above floor (everything up to this height to be in non Wood materials.

– New bathroom planned (extension of building) with door from stairlanding in concrete

– Hight below ceiling limited

– Stair to be closed

– thought to have a hidden stringer (less work?)

– Not sure about rails
