I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean that you can't access the function or that it's not working?

Can you explain a bit more and send some screen captures to illustrate the problem?

Otherwise we can also set up a Team Viewer session so that I can look at your computer.

To get the step shaping click right on the step nosing and choose "step shaping"
