Hi Duayne,
Correct that's how it needs to be done. You have to check your treadline as due to the change the steps are no longer straight. To correct this you have to set your treadline direction to the left side. You can do this when selecting the flight.

Hi Duayne,
This can be done by using stairwell editing. double click on the outside side of your stair and edit the stairwell. If you post an example of hat you need I can send you a model.
