Hi Dave,
In version 7.07 we identified a bug that occurs when using
the “Equalize Doors and Drawers Size”
which is the case in this project.
This bug has been fixed in the 7.07a beta version
I have sent you the upgrade file via Wetransfer

send me one that is crashing. I guess the crash is the same issue as we started from?

I have just updated to 7.07 and it (Polyboard its self) is now crashing when we try to open some of our projects but not all of them.

Hi Dave,
Here is the latest version update 7.07. I was running that one in the beta version but it is now official.
Try and advise if you still encounter the issue. I am also running optinest 2.31N version.
I tried al different possibilities and did not trigger the problem once on my versions

Yes we are running Version 7.06f
we have found that the issue arises if we duplicate the model in the drawing itself, if we duplicate in the Model list the issue does not occur?

Hi Stu,
what is the version of your polyboard ? Check if needed to upgrade to 7.06F version and try again. I have no trouble passing through optinest

Hi Team
We are having an issue with attached project where when we OptiNest one of these items drawn there is no issue but once we duplicate multiple (two or more) of them then try to OptiNest them Polyboard crashes and will not let us optimise.
We have had this issue once before and had to optimise without using OptiNest and go directly to our CadCam (Enroute) it worked fine? we have done the same with this project and again worked fine bypassing OptiNest.
Can someone have a look at this to see if you have the same issue or there is something we are doing wrong?
