hey ness thanks for the quick reply.

yes I am aware of the screw hole size but I have not got the screws yet and not sure on what size they will be so I just put 3mm down then at least I have the location of screw holes on drawing but will use a drill bit to suit the screws I get.

I have got soft closing sliders for it.

I would much appreciate the manufacturing files if you think everything looks good thanks

regards Harley

Hello Harley,

Thanks for posting you project.

It looks really nice and well set up.

However, I would suggest that you make you screw holes bigger than 3mm. You should drill them 1mm more than the screw diameter so if you are going for 4mm screws drill at 5mm.

The pilot holes should be 1mm less that the screw so 3mm for 4mm screws is fine.

The drilling for the draw sliders seem to be showing up in both the draw side and cabinet sides.

What drawer sliders are you using?

Otherwise your project looks fine to go.

Do you want me to send you the manufacturing files?

All the best,

Ness

Hi there, this my first time using polyboard software, took a little to get used to but the videos are very helpful.

I have finished designing my first of two drawers to fit snug in my wardrobe and would appreciate if you could look over it and see what you think. I had a couple problems where I couldn’t work out how to get my screw hole drillings on the drawer sides, vertical upright sides and from plith to vertical uprights. Can not wait to see final drawings and cut list, very excited to start my project, I think the time spent learning to use this software is going to save me a lot of money parts cut to wrong length as I have done a few times in past

thanks

Regards Harley
