Add angle to side panel from dxf file|Page 2|Forum|WOOD DESIGNER

Thanks. I’ve come across a couple issues below if you can help please:
The front double backs are set to groove, but it doesn’t appear to be cutting it out of the side panel on the 3D image. Am i missing something?
Also, the rear double backs are set to mortice/tenon but they are creating a hole below the cut out on the side panel. I know about the groove/oversizing settings, but that doesn’t seem to get rid of it.
See attached updated file.

Hi,
I hope this video’s helpful
It’s easier to add a square with inner tooling if you are novice in CAD drawing
All the best, Alexandre

That’s fine, seeing how you did the main curve has helped a lot. Just struggling to add any extra’s to it, such as the square cut-out. When i opened the editor it changed the curve entirley, as if i was starting from scratch.
How did you add the square cut-out after creating the curve?
I only have an old copy of the outline on dxf, you may need to remove the previous mortise-tenon cut outs.

I did it very roughly,
can you send me the real form of the side in dxf?
If you open the model, you can restore and see the curve I made

Hi,
Closed curve should be use for cabinet view from top in free shape mode or inner tooling
May an open curve in angle tooling is more useful for your project
Please find cabinet Upload for example (In Polyboard 7.06a)
Hope that’s helpful, Alexandre
