Dear Alex,
We solved the problem.
We restored the windows to a past date. When we wanted to open the polyboard we had a message that the structure panel library did not work. We put a temporary library for structure and we open the polyboard. After that we rewrite the structure panel library and everything was ok.
So, there is a problem when the structure panel library breaks, the software does not show any messages. We tried to rewrites all the libraries but until we restored the windows these solution did not work.
We used your solution (send by email) and now everything is ok.

Dear Alex,
We already done the update to the latest version on website: 7.10u (we did the update after the issue appeared). The demo version (used on another laptop) is also 7.10u.
I should send you all the projects because none is working. The problem is not solved.

Never uninstall your software!
I Need your project for analysis for dev team!
If, Can you let me know your PB version?
Perhaps your demo version is most recent, and you need to update or reinstall software following the same process
Look on top Left to see your version

And if you can work properly on demo mode may be issue already resolved

Thank you Alex,
The problem is not the project itself. I can open the same project in demo mode. The issue is happening for any project, also when I want to add a new cabinet. I think is linked to a missing resource in the window launching process.
The last chance is to reinstall the soft. For that I need some guidance for not losing any data (like projects, methods etc).

This is a rare typical crashing issue, unlike when windows recognises the blocked program when it recalculates

Hello,
We have a polyboard pro pp version 7 license and we have the fallowing issue:
– we can open a project but when we want to edit a cabinet the polyboard is closing without showing any message.
