Hi there,
With “Super PP”, you need to create a secondary export file with the tooling on the second side only.
The report file creates a clear list of parts with tooling on the second side only, and generates a program to start milling the second side of the parts from the machine origin,
while the parts will all be cut in the global nesting.

Hi Alex
The additional panels in the top an base sections work well for construction and installation so not worried about those. Just would like a way to get the drillings to pass through the nil panels to aid in construction alignment or a solution where I don’t need a Nil panel at the top of the middle section so the drillings work,. Without the Nil panel the door recesses for some reason despite the doors being hinged from the side panels.
While I am on, it would be really helpful if when the files are exported if they started with the panel number, that way they will sort in order and it will be much easier to pick out double sided panels.
Thanks
Patrick

Hi,
For hinges and looking fitting, These appear to be hinges for doors applied with a 35mm base to the Priority panel, but with a bult-in door, the side is the Priority panel.
but unfortunately I can’t find a data sheet for making hinges for built-in doors.
Your solution works, but what I wanted was for the Nil tablets to limit the number of real panels.
like in the picture top fixed

Hi Alex
You may also want to let me know why the central doors have added hinges all down the side of the cabinet and the hinges are also the wrong way around. These are my standard model so I am really not sure why the tall side of the cabinet seems to have become the door?
Thanks

Hi,
This is not possible, but if send your cabinet, I may find a better solution.

Hi,
The Bottom Zone, in Green, is delimited with the carcass and fixed shelf in Red.
That’s done to all frontage elements added in local mode in this zone only make recess with components (or internal) in Green.
Top Zone, delimited with carcass In Green and fixed shelf of Bottom Zone
The fixed shelf in red is shared with the Top and Intermediate doors.
Intermediate built-in doors with fixed high shelves will, therefore, necessarily be behind the high doors.
If the top fixed shelf edge is visible, you can add fixed shelves (or Nil shelves from the bottom and top at 0mm) to create a new zone and add 2 doors in local mode.
But if this edge should be hidden, I’ll study another solution.

HI Alex
Not quite what was trying to do, and I cannot have anything with so many changes that would be impacted by changes in material thickness as it would become unmanageable. I have progressed a bit by including inner boxes in the bottom and the top sections, but now cannot get the middle doors to come flush to the front when I use any type of double door (note these will be pocket doors but I don’t want them to move anything else). You will see in the attached model that I tried Nil panels, but when I put doors as bult in using the Left and Right Sides they recess in for some unknown reason and push the fixed shelf backward whereas it should stay flush with the face.
I have attached the model so you can see what is going on,
Thanks
Patrick
