Good morning

Can you please tell me how I can have overpassing sides with inset shelves and then get drawers and doors to use the recessed shelves as installation face.  The attached picture helps better explain, but if I do applied local (Right drawer) the draw face it uses the face of the side as the datum, if I do inset (left drawer) then the drawers do not overlap the shelves and the dividers. Is there a solution?
