I like your changes, but maybe 20 cm riser hight is a bit to high, I changed to 13 steps. I also want to change step 13 (the half step on the top), but I dont know how to do it in the program. I don’t want the half step om the top, but make step 12 to be the first step from the top. That means that the 2nd floor (240cm over 1st floor) will replace step 13. Is that possible to do?

No problem to send you your project files.
However, before I process your project I want you to know that there are a quite a few details that will make your project complicated to build.
I have tweaked your stair and set it up to have a coherent detailing.
I suggest that you edit my model to get the design that suits you.

Attached, you will find my first design for my stair. Very fun to use the software. I was told that I should post my project here to get cutting list and everything I need to start building. I also want some advices for how I can manage to get all curves and angles right when I’m coming to export it from a piece of paper to the wood.
