Hi,
Two ways ,
The first and simplest is to ungroup the parts in order to generate a single file for each part.
The second is to use the *.CSV PostPro report file to import parts lists, which manage the quantities of grain, material, etc… but required to work with PGMX converter
More information from help available into your computer with Maestro (Maestro editor.pdf)
and can be formatted from PP option,

Hi,
Looking your PP setup can you try to set “export the whole Outline” to “No”
The SCM pp are very modular, what works on a machine will not necessarily work identically on another machine of the same models, which makes all their complexity.
We have another user with N100 who can only work with DXF PP export, OptiNest and Vcarve then work with XXL files….

Hi,
No, this solution is only for drilling,

Hi,
PolyBoard Export files piece by piece, unless Maetsro’s optimiser changes the order, in which case there is no reason to move from one piece to another without finishing the job.
The customer mention on the post linked use Maestro and XCS without any troubles,
For drilling can you try to set it to “-1” Automatic please see video below
the tool number can’t be empty and as default set to 101 tool

hi Alex
I have tried different types of optimization and even spoke to scm but they said because it coming from another software and the milling is already attach it wont work out the best way to optimize apparently ill attach a few photos.
so on the photos you can see that it will jump from one board to another and only do one hole on each panel, and it does this throughout even though i have tried different types of optimizations
Thanks

OK,
For drilling you can read this post!

For Program in can do anything from PB, because output is part to Part,
Maestro has a programme optimiser, but I can’t remember the position and name of the options available.
But I’m sure there’s at least one optimiser for each type of machining (sequential) and another that optimises the machine path.
