Hi Alex

see attached, the errors are mainly due to the appearance of iso standby and also used a 4mm tapered drill bit but i don’t use them so have to change all the drills to plate, and then also it doesn’t optimize very well, ie it will cut all the panels out and then go back in to finish off with the cabinero cover routering

Hi

Im on the latest version, there was a problem with the mulitipass on maestro so in the post processor it gone done as a cut in polyboard and then straight to nesting using the xcs files, but there are some conversion errors that i have to change all the time to actually run the program, its only been installed a couple of weeks with this software so could do with a conversation if possible

thanks

Hi,

Can you explain your process ? Which version a Polyboard ?

Polyboard > Maestro with Nesting?

Polyboard > VCarve then import as XXL?

As PolyBoard received set of update for Maestro to improve compatibilities, In all case I recommend to update PolyBoard to the last version

Hi

I’ve been having problems with the conversion to maestro, when we did the post processor set up the automatic cut wasn’t work correctly on the software but now it is and i want to use that so the machine optimizer works correctly, how do you take that out of the polyboard?

Thanks
