First having Edge drilling (left and right) sufficient for the test ,+ Drilling on both face top and bottom
Upright_DRILL_ONLY.DXF
Second part milling + inner milling + groove on both face + Drilling
Upright_FULL.DXF

the PCDrillCAM32 software will only alow saving in .scx format
i wll attach the file just remove the .dxf extention
also the picture from the PCDrillCAM32 user interface , all drill holes are referenced to top right corner
light circle holes are top side, dark 4 holes are from bottom side

Hi,
I’ll doing my best to help you,
By looking PP list I have made first cleaning
Only 2 PP may be used ,
SCM XXL can only be used if the part is turned over.
Pytha DXF, syntec DXF or MPR, subject to knowing their constraints,
because DXF PostPro how are able to output 6 sides
Not all CAD/CAM programs work with the same parameters… some only search for the drawing and the drawing type, others for the layer name and the drawing, depth positive value or negative values or define by drilling depth or thickness….
If you are able to provides working DXF on your CNC, that’s help my to find the best setting,
because the set of options proposed could then only be with the latest version 7.10U or higher
