I am getting this error when trying to import the (MPR-for-PC DRILL 32.pln-export) pp file 

I tried to update the software but i don’t have permission to do that

after update from menu Files > PP options select import option

it say PolyBoard 7.09a

thank you very much for the help, i asked for a piece of board with the same dimensions as your test file so i would run the program on the machine
