For link PolyBoard to OptiCut you just need to use same materials Folder

Read all before make change!

From PolyBoard , to change PolyBoard to OC Materials folders

Select synchronize with option
Syncro.pngImage Enlarger

Or Copy location From PB to past in OC
PB-folder.pngImage Enlarger

To load PB Materials in OC

OC-folders.pngImage Enlarger

You can edit Materials manually from  menu Libraries

If you install our Quick Design libraries, that’s replace your current work

But that’s syncronize PB to OC, install our preset of panel materials, methods, sub-methodes and hardwares

https://wooddesigner.org/polyb…..-software/

A little further down the page, remember to close PolyBoard and OptiCut before installing

Cheers, Alex

It all depends on what the documents are for, if it is for your manufacturing Opticoupe will be most useful to know how to cut the panels,

If it’s for a partner, if it have or not he has such software,

noted that with PolyBoard,

the positions of the columns also configurable in the options of export towards external software

Two more question, since i already set the material style sub method for cabinet in POLYBOARD, thus is there any solution linking the Panel stock from Opticut to polyboard? Are there any solution not to manually creating one by one in panel material in Polyboard?

Another question, since i use Polyboard to design the cabinet using the parameter that i have built in polyboard especially panel material and material style, then how can we know that our materials and panels are available in stock?

Since the polyboard can generate cutting list and Opticut can generate optimized module panel for cutting so which one is the common one that should be printed for carpenter?

Hi,

The shared violation depends on your editor, but in general, the file cannot be opened in another program at the same time.

Looking at your CSV, opening it in a text editor, it starts and ends with a quote, and can’t work.

and txt, should work but you need to specify each column,

here by placing the columns somewhat randomly

Same work for panels Stocks, and if check Material automatically by add in materials libraries panel

Hope that’s helpful,

Alex

Hi,

This is not possible from PolyBoard. There is a solution to add new materials in “panel materials” libraries but with OptiCut

Can you send me a Sheet sample? (Uploading design files, images and video)

Cheers, Alex

Hello!

May I know how to import material from outside (Excel or any program) into Polyboard material format (Sub method)?

Thank you
