Please see the attached screen shots and report file when trying to export a job from Polyboard using the Biesseworks CIX post.

Some of the .CIX files are coming through with the panel width and height the wrong way round.

If you have a look at screenshot “Top_1_1_f1.PNG” and the same panel in 3D view in “Top_1_1_f1_b.PNG” you will see the machining operations are rotated 90 degrees to the panel.

If they were all coming through consistently I could just invert the Width and Height values when importing into Bnest but some are coming through correctly (see screenshot “Drawer 500[2]_2_9_f1”) so this I cannot manage
at the Biesse software end.

I have also included a copy of the output report file from polyboard that I am using for the import into Bnest. I have spaced it out to make it easier to read and added headers for explanation.

We are also having issues with the generated .CIX file not containing any profile routing. The only routing it has generated has been internal. The tool name is set in the post processor settings.

Can you please send through what settings need to be to make this work and what settings are required for doing two vertical passes. First pass will leave 1mm of material to remove on second pass.
