Hi Ness

Have spent quite awhile watching the plinth videos. Its quite alot of work just to add plinths I have to say (with all the altering of cabinet overpassing and under passing) and then having to alter it all back only for polyboard to then remove elements of the plinths which you have to re-add!!) and I hope this will get looked by the developers in time.

I looked closely at the plinth construction in wireframe (fortunately) and noticed it defaults to mitre joints. On cabinets i’d simply use butt joints as the plinths will eventually be covered with a piece scribed and glued over to fit the contours of the floor.

Is there a way to set all plinth that I add to default to butt joinery…..with overpassing front and back?

On some low level cabinetry i’d simply add a 6mm back pinned to the back. Ive changed it to flush fitting to allow myself to make

a framed plinth then when I change back the back panel it removes the back element of the plinth and I’m not sure then how to

re-add it as seems you can only re-add uprights? and not the back element of the plinth.

Can you help?
