Hi Jim
Heres the drawer box with 300 and 200mm drawers.
I kept the fixed shelf material as 18mm, but you can make it a nil panel. This is the way I do it. It works well and the cutlists are perfect. If you do drawer runner fittings it makes them easy to fit also.

Anys ideas about how to solve this Ness? I dont know if it will effect the cutting list when its produced…

How can i make a set of 4 drawers of different heights. I want the two bottom drawers to be 300mm high and the two top drawers to be 200mm high.

Hi jimbouk,
You can’t make a rounded edge, Polyboard only displays square edges. Of course you can machine edges after in real life but Polyboard wont display it. To add these sort of details you have to export to CAD like SketchUp . You can have a look at this video:

To make drawers over lap a top just give a negative value to Links to top slack (not the slack between the drawers) :

How can I make a set of drawers where the front is higher than the counter front and the rest of the drawer and the top edge has a bullnose round on it.
