Panel Assembly Vacuum Jig

A great jig to help you assemble cabinets and other furniture made of sheet materials. The jig is simple to make and holds your panels firmly against each other, at right angles, so you can assemble them easily.

Also very good for holding and raising individual boards off your workbench to make machining a much simpler task.

Bench Top Vacuum Jig

A variation on the previous video. For this jig, the block seals are created with a foam strip rather than tape. Useful for creating a good seal and holding firm irregular materials like wood that has just come out of a planer.
